Martha’s passion for real estate began in 1996 when she launched her career as a loan officer in Newport Beach, working closely with borrowers from all walks of life. She quickly recognized that securing the right mortgage was one of the most important steps in buying or building a home. Motivated to provide even greater value, she became deeply involved in loan processing and soon obtained her real estate license. Within just a few years, her dedication and strong work ethic earned her recognition as a five-time Top Producer.
